The Rig

After nearly 4 years living aboard a Passport 47 sailboat and traveling 8,000nm along the US east coast, the Bahamas and the Eastern Caribbean, we transitioned back to land life in the US, but we weren't ready to pick a single place to live or give up our nomadic life of adventure.  We bought a 2021 Grand Design 3470BH 5th wheel RV, which is now our full-time home and mode of travel by land.  It has 4 slides, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, a full shower, and generous living space with full size residential refrigerator/ double freezer combo.  It also has multiple power sources including a 5Kw Cummins Onan gen-set and 600ah LFP battery bank with Victron Multi-plus II x2.  We also run the latest Gen3 Starlink for blazing fast internet, even on travel days!  Our truck is a 2022 F-350 6.7L Dually 4x4 with a B&W 5th wheel hitch.
